RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We're sorry  if you find that our products didn't reach you in perfect condition. For hygiene purposes we don't offer refunds/exchanges on items that are no longer wanted. Makeup cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.

  • We are happy to exchange/refund any items that have arrived damaged or faulty.  We ask for you to notify us within 7 days of purchase with attached images of the fault to makeup@jaydeen.co.uk

  • Please send your items via a recorded service to ensure we receive your product as we aren't liable for any items that do not reach us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and cannot be opened/used.

​

  • Jaydeen Sarah Cosmetics is not liable for any customs charges.
